College Librarians’ Association, Kerala (KCLA), established in 1969, has always aimed at upholding the spirit of library professionals and to improve library services with the changing demands of the information society. It also serves as a platform to discuss and bring out solutions to service requirements as well as technology competencies of college librarians. KCLA has been instrumental in conducting conferences and seminars and is well appreciated by the academic community.The vision of KCLA is to bring all the librarians working in different cadres into a common platform to augment the status of the divine profession.

St. Paul’s College stands as a beacon of academic excellence and holistic education, rooted in a rich legacy that began on 13th July 1965. Affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University and regulated by the UGC, the college operates under the esteemed Archdiocese of Verapoly. From its humble beginnings with a Pre-Degree Course, the institution steadily expanded its academic horizon, introducing its first degree programme, B.Com., in 1978, followed by a diverse range of disciplines in science, arts, and commerce. Today, St. Paul’s College offers a vibrant spectrum of postgraduate programmes and houses recognized research centers in Physics, Mathematics, Commerce, and Economics. With a steadfast commitment to quality education and continuous growth, the college earned an ‘A’ grade in NAAC re-accreditation in 2016

Conceived as a vital link between government, academia, and society, KSHEC plays a pivotal role in aligning educational policies with the evolving developmental needs of Kerala. Inspired by the recommendations of national bodies such as the University Grants Commission, the Council works diligently to foster academic excellence through policy guidance, curriculum innovation, faculty development, and quality enhancement.
